Hyperledger Fabric is a permissioned blockchain platform designed for enterprise use, and its smart contracts are known as “chaincode.” The execution of chaincode is partitioned from transaction ordering to improve scalability and performance, making Hyperledger Fabric a suitable choice for complex business applications.
