Discover TECNALIA’s contributions to the NANCY project, driving innovation in secure and decentralized Beyond-5G networks.

As Spain’s largest applied research and technological development center, TECNALIA brings expertise in digital transformation to NANCY, focusing on two key areas:
🔹 Quantum Key Distribution (QKD): Deploying and testing advanced quantum communication protocols to secure information exchanges between 5G base stations. Early experiments demonstrate the advantages of four-state QKD protocols in enhancing security and efficiency.
🔹 Blockchain-Based Marketplace: Developing a decentralized platform where operators can register, compare, and select services. By leveraging smart contracts and oracles, the marketplace enables trusted automation, service-level agreements, and efficient workload distribution across providers.

Through these innovations, TECNALIA contributes to building more secure, interoperable, and future-ready network infrastructures.
